SIX TEAMS EARN TITLES IN 2026 NORTHERN REGION HAT CUTLER WOMEN’S TEAM SERIES EVENT

The teams of Emily Byrne-Laura Smith (Overall Gross) and Jeanmarie Walsh-Jean Driver (Overall Net) are overall champions in the 2026 Hat Cutler Women’s Team Series four-ball event.

Bonnie Hughes-Megan Venson (Flight 1 Gross), Joni Taylor-Sue Stacey (Flight 2 Gross), Elaine Simpson-Pennie Frank (Flight 1 Net) and Connie Wharton-Elizabeth Anderson (Flight 2 Net) also won in the Nevada Golf Northern Region event held June 9-10, 2026, at Plumas Pines Golf Resort in Graeagle, CA.

Alex Lyon aced the par 3, 12th hole at Las Vegas Golf Club during the final round of the 2026 Las Vegas City Amateur.

He hit a pitching wedge to hole out his fourth Ace of his golfing life.

Nick Wood (Scratch) and Sam Bruketta (Net) won titles in the 2026 Northern Nevada Men’s Mid-Am. The two-day tournament was held June 6-7, 2026, at Sierra Sage Golf Course.
