The faces that make this place feel like home.

Every smile in this video is someone who keeps showing up, for themselves and for each other.

You don’t have to be “back in shape” to start again.

This room is full of women who chose themselves and keep showing up, and there’s a mat in here waiting for you.

Your restart begins with a free 1:1 consult. DM “AGAIN” and we’ll save your spot.

Happy Birthday to our girl **Kaydia!**

A working mom, devoted mother, incredible instructor, and a true warrior inside and outside the studio.

For almost two years, Kaydia has brought her strength, heart, and that unmistakable **Caribbean flavor** into the INFERNO room. And in that short time, she’s already made such an impact on our members.

She shows up. She pushes you. She believes in you. And somehow, she always brings the ENERGY.

Kaydia, today we celebrate **YOU** the instructor, the mom, the woman, and the strength you bring to our community.

Drop some birthday love for Kaydia below! 🎂

Ladies, we notice when you’re missing from class!

We know life gets busy. Between work, family, and taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to put yourself last.

But remember, your goals need you to show up, too.

Your INFERNO community is waiting for you!

Your rooms are full. Now it’s time to go deeper.

Introducing the first-ever Inferno Mastery Training.

Level One gave you the skills to fill your class. Many of you have done exactly that. Now it’s time to take your teaching to a deeper level.

Remember the instructor who knew the exact second you were about to quit, and said the one thing that kept you going? Now it’s your turn.

Four days, in person in Las Vegas, built around what your students actually come back for: connection, communication, motivation and inspiration.

For the first time, we’re awarding the Inferno Master Instructor™ title. It’s earned, not bought.

Las Vegas · December 7–10, 2026

TRAINER TIP

It’s not always about lifting heavier it’s about lifting **better**. Proper form, weight distribution, and control can completely change the way an exercise feels and the results you get.

Small adjustments. Better movement. Stronger body.

This is why coaching matters.

Ready to train smarter? Book your 1:1 FREE Session with us.

Twenty-one years as a dentist in Las Vegas. At the office by 8:30, some days until 7. Kids from A to B to Z in between. And dentistry is brutal on your shoulders, for a while, she stepped away completely.

Now she’s here five or six times a week.

“I don’t think I could have survived without incorporating this in my life.”

Not slimmer. Not faster. Survived. After a day of holding everyone else up, she needed the one hour that holds her.

If your schedule is the reason you haven’t started, read her hours again.

Christine as a community we are so incredibly proud of you and we are the lucky ones by knowing you.

She walked in intimidated… and found a place where she belonged.

Joanne once believed Pilates was for a certain “type” of woman. Inferno changed that.

Through two surgeries, rebuilding her strength, and learning to trust her body again, this community became her second home.

Now, approaching 40, she says she feels **stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.**

That’s what Inferno is about. Every age. Every shape. Every starting point. You belong here.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply walking through the door.

From student to teacher. 🔥

After **750+ IHP classes**, Ashley is taking the next step in her journey **IHP Teacher Training.**

She found strength, confidence, community, and transformation through this method. Now she’s learning how to create that same experience for others.

This is where passion becomes purpose. This is where IHP instructors are built.
