When children sing Capoeira songs, clap rhythms, and play instruments such as the berimbau, pandeiro, and atabaque, they develop skills that support learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Capoeira music helps children:

That’s one of my favorite things about Capoeira — there’s always another layer to uncover. You can train for years and still walk into class knowing you’re going to be challenged.
