You might hear that if you just post more online that you are going to be successful.

And sure there’s a few people who can make their goals as online yoga teachers by just posting.

That wasn’t my reality.

I had to

1) Not sell yoga classes, instead sell a signature offer that solved a specific problem

2) Put money into hiring coaches to teach me how to go online effectively (my first coach was 15k)

3) Pay for ads to get more eyes in front of who I want to serve.

There were a lot of risks taken along the way.

Did I think I’d fail?

Yes 😂😂 almost daily.

But I also thought, what if it’s just this one thing, this one more step, action, that would get me where I wanted to go.

I believed I could achieve my goals so I sold my yoga studio and for three years I ran a successful business online as a yoga teacher.

Now I mentor other yoga teachers to build online yoga businesses.

If you want to build an online yoga business and learn how to maintain, grow, or scale it, you need tools and education not a one size fits all solution.

Will you have the same results as me? Surely not, you might do more, you might do less. No one can know.

But I know one thing for sure, nothing ventured, nothing gained… if you don’t try, you’ll never know.

I wanted to quit so many times.

You know how when you start something new it seems like it’s never going to work.

Like everyone else has the magic sauce and you don’t?

But here’s the thing I realized along to way to making my first million online…

I had to change.

I had to change the way I look at success.

You have to change because thinking like you’ve always thought will get you the same results you’ve always gotten.

I had to learn how to be delusional about my success.

And I had to realize that marketing, organic content, and paid ads was a skillset. Not magic.

YOGA TEACHERS I had to change everything about how I thought about myself and my yoga business when I decided to go online.

You have to face some demons and do some shadow work to change your life.

You know how it’s always like that when you are on a level up the way you perceive internally will be the biggest shift.

Here’s the three biggest mental blocks I had to shift:

1) I had to stop wanting approval from other people. And I mean on a soul level. I had to truly not care about approval.

2) I had to believe it was possible for me. I had to get over the idea of getting “guaranteed” success if I hired the right coach or used the right system. There are not guarantees in life. But no risk, no reward is true.

3) I had to get unattached to what I offer online as a yoga teacher and offer what people wanted, not what I wanted or thought people should want. People didn’t want yoga classes and subscription model doesn’t make money. I had to think about my offer in a whole new light.

It took a total killing of the ego in order to do something new and build the life I truly wanted.

Will you be able to do that? I don’t know.

That’s up to you, God, market conditions, and luck.

But for me, I had to go for it or I’d never feel fulfilled.
