Today is one more year of life, I try to reflect what that means. I
realize that already live more than
half of my mortal life. But I also
believe that we are imortal beings
living a moral lives. So there’s
much more to come after, and lam
satisfied with everything, what I
experienced, what I have seen,
have done and learn. My life
basically has 3 pillars:
God, family and Jiu Jitsu
My God is my beliefs, my faith, my
spirituality, chasing perfection,
purification, sanctification. Follow
Christ and his teachings.
Family, with their support, love,
guidance and protection you can
do and overcome all things. The
experiences, the memories, the
feelings will be great part of your
happiness on this world.
Jiu Jitsu, with the principles of the
art you will learn how to live under
a code of conduct, that will make
you mentally and physically strong,
emotionally powerful that you will
be able to do and achieve anything
you want, you will live young, healthy with a clear mind your entire life.
I have learn that we need to balance our physical, material and spiritual life in order to be happy. And happiness can be a state of mind.
I learn from my father to control your time, it’s the most precious thing you have. I learn from my mother to love unconditionally, until you can’t anymore. I learn from my brothers ,sisters and Christ the most noble gift to serve others. “Quem não vive pra server não serve pra viver”.
I learn from Jiu Jitsu, to master the principles of the art and apply in your life always, teach others.
I travel all over the world, I learned the history, cultures, way of life and I realize that doesn’t matter where you are, what you have or do, you can be happy, it’s not to chase, it’s to live, it’s a mind set.
Anyway, today on my birthday and on the spirit of gratitude, I am thankful for all the years God granted me and hope for many more, thank God for letting me live my dreams and do what I love with people that I care and love. Thanks to all of you that are part of my life. Thanks God for Christ,my family and Jiu Jitsu that guide me throughout my life. Thanks to Корнелія for everything and for share life with me.ITS A HAPPY BIRTHDAY BECAUSE I AM HAPPY!
