Come stretch, laugh & have fun with us. Yoga is so good for their growing bodies. No need for props or toys! The children come in and find interest in the poses and love to challenge themselves each and every class!

They learn so much during 45 minutes of yoga! So- Put the iPad down, turn the TV and video games off! It's yoga time :)
