Full episode on my YT- Hong Kong action cinema stars such as Jackie Chan & Sammo Hung heavily influenced the approach Taras S. took to performing in Cirque du Soleil ! You never know where inspiration will come from 🙌🏻

If you want information about how casting works, how to make a good demo reel, audition well, or even how Hong Kong action films helped inspire his stagecraft as a performer for Cirque du Soleil, check out my conversation with Taras S. on Circus Source! Link in my bio!

Just a quick tip- if you want to learn kabooms but you’re afraid of what might happen, this is a very safe and quick approach that lets you get used to the timing and understand how they work without any of the risk!

I’ve taught a looooot of people to kbm using this as step one, so if you’d like a full tutorial please let me know in the comments below!

Many thanks to and for the great videos! 🙏🏻🙌🏻

If you want better vaults, handsprings, or silly handstand flips on trampoline, start here!

Thank you Micah Cliffe and Caleb Faulk for letting me use your vault clips! 🙏🏻

Finally bringing this series back- thank you to Jake Randazzo and Dominyk Hall for your clips!

I personally find handstand cruise WAY easier than these; please be extremely cautious if you choose to train risky tricks like these!

I know there’s a lot in this- tried to make it as concise as I could, but please let me know if you have any questions!

I was someone who learned a no handed L roundoff but fully believed it twisted left for over a decade until Heath Marquiss showed me the error of my ways 🙏🏻

Thank you Timothy Templeton Elliot Helms Tumbling and Gymnastics Coach for letting me use your roundoff back full clips!
