How do you like to teach twisting?
The “drop one arm” cue works great with some athletes, but ONLY dropping or throwing your arms in isolation does very little 🤷🏻♂️

I see this a LOT when working on trampoline with people who also tumble- it won’t make a huge difference when you’re bouncing low, but as you start going higher it can be the difference between a small adjustment and getting catapulted into the void 😂🫠
Thank you to everyone who contributed their clips!

My friends Victor Flores and Nicole Flores from De Leon Dynamics gave me this really cool bounce board- spent yesterday trying to get the hang of it. It’s hard and super fun!
I had a blast at Cirque du Soleil ECHO in the Old Port of Montreal! So many talented performers and such a variety of super cool acts 🙌🏻

My infinite thanks to Diego Rivero Tom Ammirati Owen Price Logan Rodriguez and ➿Anthony Brew➿ for letting me use clips of you in this video! You guys are awesome 🙌🏻

My infinite gratitude to Arthur Costa Elliot Storey Marcos Fagundes George and everyone else who sent me their clips, I appreciate you all!
I hope this helps whether you’re a trampolinist, tumbler, diver, gymnast, or just enjoy having clean flips 👊🏻
I see this one pretty frequently amongst gymnasts, trampolinists, tumblers, cheerleaders, and more. It’s super normal to throw your head back at first, but it will eventually become an issue as you start going higher, so it’s worth addressing this as early as you safely can.
