This mindset shift changed everything!⬇️

➡️ I STOPPED worrying about how long things would take and started worrying more about the daily work.

I think so many of us talk ourselves out of trying something or quit because things aren’t moving as fast as we want.

Or we think it’s too late or we’re too old. Which is NOT TRUE!

Something I did when starting at age 40 was looked for women who were my age or older and who made amazing transformations.

I used it as proof it could be done and took inspired action.

I know it’s hard. 

Whether it’s losing weight, changing your body, or feeling more confident BUT just focusing on the goal is an energy suck.

Everyone’s journey is SO different. Maybe it takes 100 days, maybe more.

That doesn’t matter.

The speed to the goal line is not always controllable. BUT you can control your consistency and you can control today.

When I started I didn’t have alot of time or energy. I worked out 20-30 minutes 2-3 times a week when my little napped.

It wasn’t perfect BUT it was moving the needle forward. And it was laying those foundational habits.

Small imperfect steps taken consistently will ALWAYS get better results than perfect but inconsistent steps.

So here’s my advice to you. ⬇️

Do what you can with what you have and focus on what you can control!

➡️ If you can’t do an hour workout, can you do 30 minutes?

➡️ If you can’t workout 4 times a week, can you do 2?

➡️ If your days are busy, can you go to bed an earlier, wake up early and give yourself time to meal prep or workout?

➡️ If hitting your protein is hard, can you pre-make it on the weekends so it’s easy to grab during the week?

Instead of focusing about what you can’t do, start focusing on what you CAN do. 

And forget about how long it’s going to take. The time is going to pass either way!

Better to be on your way to your goals than wishing you had started.

The people you see that have had success have 2 things in common ⬇️

1️⃣They STARTED even when they did NOT feel READY.
2️⃣ They KEPT GOING no matter what.
