Just wanted to show my improvement from my last show to this show, with the help of my coach and mentor He knew exactly how to get me right! From sleep, to timing meals, to stress levels etc. The experience has been so humbling and just down to a science learning the body! Couldn't feel more blessed with the package we brought on stage🙏🏼💯

Alright been awhile since I’ve gotten a little deep on you guys haha but here we go..
I feel so honored and blessed to have been able to step on stage June 25th at the San Jose championships! Unfortunately the outcome wasn’t the one we wanted but that is okay, I’ve never been one to quit or let anyone or anything stand in front of me from achieving my dreams…with that said we brush ourselves off and keep pushing forward💪🏼😤 I did have the privilege of meeting a lot of amazing people and so many awesome competitors! And their hard work shows🙌🏼 I’ve always been open about my background coming from foster care and my journey to becoming a better man. One of the big things that made me fall in love with this sport was having the opportunity to help others. Through my life I’ve struggled so much with self confidence, self love and even self worth sometimes.. this lifestyle is so much more then just lifting weights, having a big ego and eating chicken all day lol. It drives you everyday to be better, to dig down deep when a lot of times we feel as if we can’t. With all the time your putting into yourself you learn more about you.. self love! You finally hit that PR or you’re about to fail on your last set and you dig down so deep you finish that last rep.. that confidence you feel afterwards because you didn’t give up on yourself is unexplainable! So to be in a position to genuinely be able to help some of you whether it’s advice or fitness related just is a feeling so beyond blessed🙏🏼 From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone who showed me so much love and supported me for so long🙏🏼 Words will never be able to express how thankful I am! And since we said never give up, stay tuned for this Saturday😎 We will be back on stage at the Sacramento Gov Cup!!
