#🌀 Reverse Hook Variation 🌀✨ Do you dare to try this spectacular transition? 🔥

✅ From the top of the hoop, we hook one leg on the side and keep our hands in the sling. We lift the hoop with the foot until it contacts the sling, allow the body to descend in a controlled manner, and release the opposite side. Finally, we hook the lower instep to stretch and define the shape.

🙌💡 Safety tip: Don’t forget to re-hook the leg you lower during the transition. It will give you more stability and make the dismount much safer. 🚀
