1. Squat: biggest muscle groups in your body. More muscle activated means more calories burned at rest. Every single day.

Egg whites â 6 egg whites is 20 grams. 3 minutes.
Greek yogurt â 1 cup is 15 to 20 grams. Zero cooking.
Ground turkey â faster than chicken, hits the same numbers.
Lean beef â high protein and one of the best iron sources you can eat. Especially important for women over 35.
Shrimp â 20 grams per 3 oz. 5 minutes flat.
Variety keeps you consistent. Consistency gets you results.

3 reasons the scale is lying to you right now:
1ď¸âŁ Body recomposition: youâre building muscle and losing fat at the same time. My client lost only 6 lbs in 3 months. But his body recomposition was insane. Six pounds doesnât capture that. The mirror does.
2ď¸âŁ Water retention: stress, sodium, and intense training cause your body to hold water. You can lose fat and weigh more the next morning. Thatâs not a setback. Thatâs your body doing what itâs supposed to do.
