Very proud of our client who lost 10lbs (in a sustainable manner)
The most important part is that he completely improved his habits to get into great shape!
Victor already had healthy habits and consistently went to the gym and had even had a coach in the past, but, he wanted to break through the plateau he was in.

I USED TO BE STUCK & FRUSTRATED
āPeople donāt LACK discipline, they lack clarity.ā
Iām not posting this to show my ShreDz BraH, Iām here to explain how to get un-stuck
The very first time I cut down for a show I had to eat super low-carb and do tons of cardio JUST to even start to see abs.
Now?

There is only about a 9-10lb difference between the two pictures. Steady loss week by week.
My food is still high and the first 10-12 weeks of this cut I had free meals every single week.
The point is fat-loss and maintaining a lean body gets EASIER when you:
1ļøā£ Take the time to reverse diet
2ļøā£ Improve your metabolism
3ļøā£ Have a proper timeline for a maintenance phase
And most importantly:
4ļøā£ Have a plan that you can STICK WITH without crashing & burning
It is possible to enjoy life while making a ton of progress. It just takes the right information.

Extremely grateful to be living a life where my JOB is creating a positive improvement in the peoples lives that we get the opportunity to serve.
When work is exhausting all I have to think about is the gratitude we get from our clients (who also become friends) to become re-energized.
Crystalle has an insane physique that she has worked so hard to build. Over the course of the last year we have mainly focused on eating in a surplus to build muscle while working on the relationship with food, body image and⦠the SCALE. š
We focused on creating a sustainable lifestyle without restrictive dieting for over a YEAR.
Crystalle has mentioned many times how her mindset and confidence in herself has improved dramatically during this time.
Being able to eat enough food to feel energized and fueled for life while staying fit is what we really aim for with our team.
I know for many people the scale is a dreaded thing to step on because itās been so deeply ingrained in our culture to ālose weightā or ābe thin and leanā
Our health is way more than the scale.
We have to consider all aspects of life in order to make a permanent change. ā
Working in extremes is not the way to go for success. It can lead to crashing and burning amongst many other health issues from ādoing too much all the timeā

What will it COST YOU if you donāt INVEST in your health and fitness?
ā¦but wait, hereās a story about a lunchbox first.
This lunchbox helps me achieve the body of a greek god š²
Funny thing is⦠itās not even my lunchbox. My friend let me borrow it.
Some may laugh⦠āYou bring a lunchbox around?ā
Iām laughing at myself because Iāve never used a lunchbox for any of my previous preps.
We would put things in paper sacks and grocery bags.
I can say without a doubt the actual lunchbox has improved my adherence and ability to go out while on prep.
Itās easy to carry, keeps things cold, itās organized and has several compartments. I even brought it to Disneyworld.
The point of the story isā¦
I didnāt buy a lunchbox before because I thought I didnāt āneedā it.
I didnāt need it⦠but it helps me hit my goals while faster while maintaining a better quality of life in previous preps.
(I donāt like being a homebody - I enjoy spontaneity and adventure)
In reality, this is how Iāve seen many people view investing in their health and fitness.
People want to lose the weight and be in the body they feel most confident in⦠but they donāt need āhelpā
They can āFigure it out on their ownā
Investing in coaching will cost come $ but it will increase your happiness and efficiency towards becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

Physique / Prep Update
Sitting at 202lbs flat this morning.
Still have 2 High Carb (500g+) so life is good.
Hunger is starting to pick up more, which is later than it ever has. Usually I start to feel hungry after 1 second of going into a fat loss phase š
Every time I go through a reverse diet and then a long maintenance / gaintainjng phase I am able to maintain a leaner physique with more ease.
The benefit of going through multiple cuts, reverses and structured bulks is that it becomes more effortless to ālook in shapeā
I never would have thought that was possible when I started this fitness journey stuff⦠but Iām now here to say that it is possible to undo an extremely slow metabolism.
During my first attempts to get abs, I would have to eat 50-75g of carbs and 40 minutes of cardio to even start to see abs.
Now a similar look to this is maintained with eating over 400g carbs and free meals every week.
If you stick around and do this stuff the right way, it pays off big time.
Have the patience and stick through the self-doubt and youāll get where you want to be⦠and possibly even better.

7 Weeks Out vs. Off-Season / Gaintaining Phase
strengthfitness Crystalle is a whole new human,
spirit, mind and body.
On the right she is eating more than she ever has, feeling extremely energized and itās not restricting food.
She has been working hard to put on lean muscle in all the right areas. Here diligence and patience has paid off and has resulted in many positive changes for her life.
Healthy relationship with food, excitement for training, learning to not want to ādietā all the time to be thin.
She was hesitant at first but going out of her comfort zone is exactly what she needed to enjoy the journey and not resent it.
The bricks have been laid for a strong foundation. Excited for what the future has in store for you Crystalle! š

ITāS TRUE, most people gain the weight back after they lose it.
What is 1 commonality in people who are able to keep it off for good?
They keep using the habits they learned when they lost the weight.
They donāt go back to their āoldā habits.
Working in extremes because you want to āspeed up the processā is not ever going to be sustainable.
Keep that in mind when you choose your next
ādietā
Any plan that pulls out all of your favorite food is not sustainable. Itās also not human nature.

Advice for beginners & intermediate athletes -> Donāt compare your 1,000th hour to someoneās 20,000th hour.
On the surface level itās impossible to know how much time and effort has been put into someoneās body along with the time itās taken to refine their habits.
Focus on YOUR PROGRESS.

Iām feeling excitement and a bit of nerves.
Prep is kicking up a notch and free meals are now finished until after the season.
15 Weeks to bring in my best.
Last meal consisted of Panang Curry, Korean Wings and Pinkbox Donuts.
last free meal was last week so our timing is synched together.
