One of the biggest lessons I’ve picked up on my journey to better health is how crucial it is to track my outcomes while really falling in love with the process. I’ve found that when I focus on the journey—figuring out what I need to do and finding joy in those activities—my results just keep getting better. By pinpointing the parts of the process I genuinely enjoy, I can lean into those even more and build a sustainable path to wellness.
