What a weekend! ❤️🤺

I’m incredibly proud of all of our LVFA fencers who competed this weekend. Everyone showed great effort, determination, and some truly impressive fencing.

A special congratulations to Korbyn Brown, who finished 5th out of 65 competitors! What an incredible result and a strong performance from start to finish. 👏

I also want to congratulate Layla Lee on earning her first E26 rating! She competed in the Cadet event and finished 22nd out of 80 girls. This is a huge milestone, and I’m so proud of the progress she is making. Keep going, Layla! 🤺✨

I also want to recognize Vayl Newsome and Matthew Tong, who fought incredibly hard and were both very close to the medals. Unfortunately, things didn’t go our way this time. They were also competing against much older and more experienced fencers, which made their performances even more impressive. Keep working — your medals will come! 💪

A big shoutout to all of our LVFA girls who competed at these regional events. You all did an amazing job! Maiia, Parker and Yeriel were just one step away from the podium. It didn’t work out this time, but that’s part of the journey. Keep your heads up — there is so much more ahead of you! ❤️

I also want to congratulate Milana Anderson on her first regional competition! What an exciting beginning to her competitive journey. I’m so proud of her courage and effort, and I’m wishing her many more successful competitions and lots of growth in the future. 🌟

And congratulations to Aspan Akimov, who competed in his second major competition. He worked hard, stayed focused, and gave it his best. Every competition is a learning experience, and I’m sure the next one will be even better!

Most importantly, thank you to all of our parents for your support, encouragement, time, and involvement throughout the weekend. Competitions take a whole team — athletes, coaches, and families — and we truly appreciate every one of you.

Thank you for trusting us with your kids and for being part of the LVFA family. ❤️

Congratulations to Korbyn Brown on an impressive 5th-place finish in Cadet Men’s Epee at the 2nd BBFC Duel in the Desert SYC & RCC! 🤺

Korbyn fenced his way into the Top 8 in a strong field of cadet fencers, showing great determination, composure, and fighting spirit throughout the day.

What a great weekend of fencing at LVFA! ⚔️

Congratulations to all of our young fencers who competed in the Y12 Mixed Epee event!

A special congratulations to the Han sisters, who both made it onto the podium and took home two well-deserved medals! 🏆

We’re proud of everyone who stepped onto the strip, competed hard, and gave it their all. Congratulations to all of our fencers, and especially to our medalists and champion! 👏

We hope to see everyone back on the strip at our next competition!
