“It’s not a good time” I get it.
I’ve felt this way too seeing opportunities right in front of me. Thinking it would just be a waste of time and money. Because I didn’t have the confidence in myself to see it through.
But that doubt was just a form of procrastination. Every leap that I’ve taken to better myself, I wish I had done sooner.
The right time was always the moment I got tired of my own excuses. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Right now is the youngest you will ever be so let’s not keep waiting...
To put on another 10 pounds.
To feel more unhappy with the way you look and feel.
To say no to the physical activities you used to do.
Until you can’t keep up with your kids.
Until you get put on high blood pressure and cholesterol meds.
If you are ready to forever change your life physically and mentally…

🔥 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 🔥
Kay came to me wanting a routine that would fit into her schedule as a work from home mom of two, and that would work around some old injuries.
Despite navigating some health struggles, she’s been consistent and I’m really proud of her continued effort!
Instead of focusing on hitting the mark all the time, we worked on having compassion for slow weeks when more rest was needed, and taking the time to listen to her body.
We incorporated strength training and mobility into her routine, allowing her to workout in the comfort of her own home, minimizing the barriers to consistency.
Instead of removing food groups and overly restricting calories, we focused on fueling her body with the right nutrients and implemented nutrition strategies that worked for her (she gets to eat Biscoff cookies everyday).
Since working together Kay has gotten stronger, has more energy and has achieved steady fat loss.
Slow and steady wins the race!
If you’d like to hear more about the strategies we implement, DM me “READY”‼️

Some people never start.
That was me. Growing up, I was terrified of risk.
Something as small as asking a question in class or speaking to someone new made me want to disappear. I made it this big scary thing in my head and visualized every worst case scenario.
In an effort to protect my ego from irrational fears I often held myself back. To the point where it became routine, and just a habit I had.
It was comfortable, safe and familiar. And I sought it out every time.
Eventually the gap between who I was and who I wanted to be had widened to the point where I began to resent myself.
I was playing small and scared. It wasn’t long before I realized the source of my suffering was me.
There is something so empowering about realizing that you are in your own way. Because it means that you are in control, if you choose to be.
There is no magic pill, quick fix or overnight success formula.
There is just taking action no matter how imperfect, sometimes falling on your face in front of thousands of people, and doing it over and over again.

Work smarter NOT harder
Misguided effort is the biggest killer of progress.
We have been fooled into thinking that more work means more results. But we’re just spinning our wheels in the sand, getting exhausted and frustrated, going nowhere.
Knowing what to do is one aspect but knowing how to do it is quite another.
🔸You do not need to exercise more than 3x a week to be effective.
🔸You do not need to eliminate sugar, dairy or carbs to lose fat.
🔸You do not need to be exact with every workout or meal to see results.
🔸You do not need as much time or effort as you think to change your life.
Having an “all gas no brakes” mentality is a recipe for injury and burn out. It destroys motivation.
Working harder is not conducive to sustainable progress. Working smarter is.
Focus on things of importance and take necessary pause.
Take this from someone who’s made this mistake countless times and suffered the consequences!
Because sometimes the best thing you can do is to call it a day, pour yourself a glass of whiskey and sit on the couch with a pug on your lap.
