Day 2 of clean and jerks! 5x2@225 split jerk feeling better, still have to work on back leg but got the weight up in one action, tried 245 at the end of the workout, clean felt good, lost the power on the jerk! Got to keep working, 300 I'm coming! First video is last rep @ 225, 2nd is 245.
After I finished my snatches I felt like I needed to have a deadlift party! Worked up too 475 for a single then hit 405 x4 followed by fronts squats 245 3x3. I knew I was tired when 475 felt slow! Video is 475
First day doing snatches, it's been even longer since I did them, wasn't pretty but got it done 155 5x2. Needed to find my base weight for now.
Listen up bootcampers, I know Sunday is Mother's Day, but moms want nothing more than for us to be healthy!

Decided to take a month and work on my Olympic lifts...first day doing cleans in over a year not a bad start! Cleans feel good, jerk needs to be more explosive! 5x2 @225.
320 2x2 2nd set shown, first set was way cleaner. Last rep was a grind! Body weight 183ish.
I live by the motto "never give up!" I think every power lifter goes through this moment at one point or another! When you feel the vomit coming, do you abandon your rep or keep it in your mouth and finish up? 390x2 thought about doing 3 and 4 but didn't want to step in puke! Did 2 more after cleaning up! Hahahah

Passed my Functional MOVEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION, allowing me to see movement deficiencies and correct them before they lead to injuries.
Whether you are beginning to be active or a high level athlete the screening will still help!
