Sigil Movement is pleased to announce our School Referral Program!

If you're a teacher or school employee, you can earn free parkour classes for your kids by connecting us with school administration and helping get a parkour program started at your school! Parkour is exploding in popularity among kids - maybe it's something your own kids want to try!

If you'd like to make a referral, please fill out our referral form here:

School Referral Form Please use this form to let us know about any school that might be interested in setting up parkour classes! If the referral leads to a partnership, you and your family will be eligible for a full season (12 weeks) of free classes!

Today's class was great and we got a few nice photos! We finalized the rotation of spots, so we'll be returning to Centennial Hills Park in July. Next class is at Sunset Regional Park at 12:30p on June 4th. Hope you can make it!

This is a beautiful short film about my friend and kindred spirit Jiho Kim. Worth watching if you're curious about what drives some people to continue training. In 2018 I was lucky enough to travel to South Korea for a few weeks and train with him while coaching a workshop series :)

This is a clip of me testing some maxes last night prior to a strength phase. Testing periodically allows us to make informed decisions about our training moving forward. As you can see, Iโ€™m pretty happy with the results my program has gotten me so far. A triple at 450 means my calculated 1-rep maximum is around 476. Nothin crazy by lifting standards but I feel itโ€™s approaching respectable. Looking forward to the strength phase over the next 4 weeks.
