Aerial yoga is great for blood circulation, decompression, stress reduction, improved flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as overall strength in your body. It is also fun to hang upside down and this is a great class to start with if you are new in the aerial/circus world or are simply wanting to try something new. I hope to see you soon 💖

Although summer hasn't officially arrived yet (technically it starts on June 20th) we know Vegas is on a league of its own so we'll be hitting highs of around 105 degrees today and tomorrow, so please make sure to take the proper measures to remain properly hydrated and informed! ☀️🌡️🔥
The good news is we have air conditioning and lots of fans to allow plenty of air circulation at the studio, so there's no reason to miss out on your weekend workout... and we get to share our traditional Summer meme! 😅

This aerial net act is probably my favorite act I’ve created. It was inspired by the love of my life (and he was a gem to help pull it), and the challenge of creating an act on a deceivingly difficult apparatus with not a lot rehearsal time was motivating.
Also, a moment for .turtles for putting together the Glitz & Glam Showcase and giving an opportunity to show off the dedication and skill of our amazing student base at Shine 👏👏👏

Starting a hobby over is a good reminder that you don’t have to stay in spaces that make you forget who you are or be around people who don’t understand you. Someone will always form an opinion of you no matter what you do, so you might as well live authentically. You’re allowed to outgrow environments that made you feel small.
You don’t have to stay stuck in places or routines just to make other people comfortable. At the end of the day, no one else is paying your bills or living your life for you. Choose the version of yourself that feels free, creative, and alive again.
