Knowing this next part is even crazier than my transformation👇🏽
What I have accomplished with my coach in the last 8 months has been incredible.
After my health track record over the last two years, I was lost and hopeless toward the lifestyle I’ve always had.
All I’ve ever done is worked out. The gym saved my life so many times over.
But after:
❌ Heart failure
❌ A Fib
❌ Wrecked gut
❌ 4 herniated discs
❌ 2 hernias
I thought it was all over. The life as I had known was gone for good.
Fast forward to today:
✅ Up 21+ lbs
✅ Healthy heart
✅ Repaired gut
✅ Training hard
✅ Health markers GREAT
I’ve gotten my life back!

If you’re not making progress, read this👇🏽
There are certain nuances to making real progress. Things often missed.
Work ethic, for example. If you aren’t making progress but think you are working hard… there is a big chance you just aren’t working hard enough.
If you are training, doing cardio, dieting all based on how you feel- the above statement is 100% true.
“I did so much today, I should get [INSERT OFF-PLAN FOOD].”
“My schedule was crazy today. I just don’t have the energy to do cardio today. I walked a lot though.”
YOU HAVE LOST.
Emotions don’t drive progress. They drive excuses.
You are in charge of the results you make or don’t make. Own them both.
If there is somebody out there in a similar lifestyle as you, in shape or getting the results… it is possible for you too. Hint: There are PLENTY of people in tougher lifestyles than you.
It’s too easy these days to blame people, things or situations around you for why you aren’t making progress. It seems impossible for some people to own their own s**t.
That is no way to make real changes in yourself.
If you aren’t making progress, there is a strong chance you just aren’t working hard enough.
Explore that statement and see if resonates with you. If not, maybe you’re just different 😉
