Today marks RedHot Box Fitness’s 1 year anniversary! To EVERYONE who trains with me, it is an honor to be a part of your fitness journey and I am so very proud of YOU!! Y’all inspire me daily, and I am truly grateful for your dedication, efforts, laughs, in the box talks and friendships!
RedHot Box was birthed from daily Facebook workouts (80-something daily workouts to be exact) that held me accountable and kept me sane at the start of the Covid Pandemic. With my show, Purple Reign, SoulCycle, and extra gigs shutdown, showing up for our Vegas cycle community and beyond through weight training truly gave me purpose during a dark time in my life. Once I leaned into my reality and realized I had been planted not buried, RedHot Box began to slowly take shape in my 3 car garage. Thanks again to everyone who cheered me on along the way and allow me to help elevate you weekly…it’s a pleasure having you in my box😉
