Life update:

December 17, 2024 the company I worked for, Texas Family Fitness, was acquired by Planet Fitness. There was a lot of uncertainly and unknowns since planet fitness has never had personal training throughout the entire company.

Fast forward 11 months later and with a lot of hard work and consistency not only did me and my team exceed expectations and crush goals, but we were awarded the number 1 club in personal training.

I’m incredibly grateful to God first for taking care of me and to my team for putting in the hard work. This is just the beginning😤💪🏾

Happ 31st birthday to my big bro👴🏾🎉🎁🎊 ironic to say but life really does move fast. Doesn’t seem like it was too long ago we were kids ourselves fighting and getting into trouble and now you have a kid of your own. I’m proud of you bro❤️

August 28, 2020 vs. August 28, 2021
The first picture was deep in covid quarantine and ya boy was down bad😂 let go of all my routines. Wasn’t consistently working out, in part because gyms were closed, but that’s no excuse. Eating poorly as well. Fast forward, i got back on my routines and stuck it out. This is what a year of MOSTLY being consistent gets you. I say mostly because of course i had days where i slipped up but those days compared to my consistent days are minuscule. It’s all about consistency people👊🏾 Now get to work😤
