Jiu jitsu jiu jitsu and more jiu jitsu. I really love my new mma family here in Vegas. They are a true demonstration of hard work and dedication. Can't wait to able to start doing some striking and mma. But for now just focus on that basic jiu jitsu.

I hate to burst any bubbles but jiu jitsu in las Vegas is way more hardcore.

Another 6 miles of elliptical. Didn't let me finish my workout but it's cool. I am still well on my way to ultimate fighter shape! Come on guys. Where you at.

Vegetable juice has me feeling good getting ready to kick a workouts ass.

So far this year. I have ran 23 elliptical miles, 2,5 treadmill miles with a 3.5% incline. And done two fifteen minutes circuits and one really good heavy bodybuilding workout. COME ON EVERYONE LET'S GET SOME!!!!!

BOOM BABY!!!! LOST 10 POUNDS AFTER FIRST MONTH OF PLEXUS SLIM!!!! DIET IS OK BUT NOT THAT GREAT, WORKOUTS AREN'T EVEN CLOSE YET TO WHAT I USE TO DO BUT TRYING TO PICK UP THE PACE.
