Let’s set the record straight. We do not do free trials. We do not do free guest passes. We welcome new members with open arms but Our job is to foster and protect our community. Our members enjoy a private crowd-free environment. A place where you see the same faces day in and out working on their goals, treating the gym, the equipment, and each other with respect. Membership should mean something and to us, it’s not chasing potential sales at the cost of membership experience.

You already know how we feel about retro gym equipment! How is everyone liking the new Paramount machines we picked up this week?
Introduced on the 1990s, these machines, as part of the “Advanced Performance” line were released alongside the “Performance Line” counterparts. This generation was a time of massive innovation from Paramount, offering low profile machine designs (which we love in our space), creating more space on the gym floor, unique variable resistance lever arms, as well as swivel handles and rotary movement paths seen in many of the popular machine variants of today. Unfortunately paramount suffered the same fate as much of our favorite equipment brands and was bought out by larger fitness companies only to have their designs and equipment lines largely removed or changed.
