I once heard Dave Ramsey comment that sometimes you reach a point when you are so beat-up that you just curl into the fetal position.
2019 was like that for me. I had a very precise plan that went off the rails early and ended up in a crumpled heap.
I was able to let it go, regroup and reprioritize into 2020. Then Coronageddon hit us like a bus crushing a pedestrian stepping off a curb while scrolling through their feed...
Still executing my plan, still committed to the result. I understand that the incremental steps I take now will manifest that result down the timeline but all the bobbing and weaving can be exhausting.
Don’t give up on the result you want. It’s never going to get easier but you will get better.

So, up front, I’m not picking on Quaker. You can read the label on any brand packaged meal and see the same thing or worse.
When you hear the phrase ‘processed foods’ this is what they’re talking about. there is some real crap on the shelves of your local market masquerading as healthy food.
Much better to buy some whole oats and keep some goodies around to toss in. It takes a couple minutes to cook oats and an assortment of frozen berries and fruit in the fridge thaw almost instantly when you toss them in at the last minute.
Try it. Your gut will thank you...

The 30 Day Core Challenge is about building a solid foundation of strength through consistency.
It's not about 'getting ripped' (though that may happen...) and it's not about 'six pack abs' (that may happen too...)
It's about improving from where you are right now. If you have never worked on your core, or haven't worked on it in a while. Maybe you're here to strut your stuff and show off the results of a consistent program.
We'll have a daily regimen along with some instruction. We'll throw in some nutrition ideas and there will even be a couple of rest days.
And we'll acknowledge and celebrate your progress.
