Costumes, candy, and a whole lot of fun. 🎃 Our Halloween Bash on Saturday, October 24 filled the academy with families, laughter, and Halloween spirit.

Kids showed off their best costumes, filled their bags with candy, and had a blast from start to finish.

What stood out most was seeing so many families enjoying the same space together, sharing laughs and good moments. That's the kind of community we love building at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Summerlin.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun day.

Curious what a regular class feels like? Stop by, say hi, and we'll show you around.

Not every kid is the fastest, the strongest or the loudest in the room. 🥋

That's exactly why jiu-jitsu fits so many families. It rewards patience, technique and good listening, not just size or speed. Every child learns at their own pace, in a class where respect and safety come first.

If you've been wondering whether jiu-jitsu is right for your child, the easiest way to find out is to watch them try.

Schedule a trial class and let your child step on the mat.

Every parent knows the kind of energy a child can have. ⚡

In our kids' classes, that energy finds a place to go: moving, learning and practicing alongside friends, with coaches guiding the way.

Schedule a trial class and let your child see what it's like.

Midweek, most of us are running on coffee and to-do lists. ☕
Jiu-jitsu gives your mind a different kind of workout. When you're focused on a grip, a transition or your breathing, there's no room left to think about email.

For a lot of people, the hour on the mat becomes the best part of the day. It's challenging, social and genuinely fun, in a respectful and welcoming room.

Your first step is simple. Schedule a trial class and see how it feels.

Some of the best changes in a kid don't happen overnight, they show up little by little: standing a bit taller, trying again after a setback, speaking up more at school.

That's what a few months on the mats can do. 🥋

If you've been thinking about signing your child up, this is a great week to start.

Contact us or stop by the academy to book your child's free trial class.

Ryan has trained jiu-jitsu for years, and he wanted his daughter to experience it too. 🥋 Today he says it's about so much more than medals and moves: new friends, discipline, routine, and a family environment where kids love to train.

Curious what it could look like for your family? Stop by, say hi, and see a class for yourself. We'd love to show you around.
