Talent gets you noticed, but preparation gets you picked. Don't let simple mistakes ruin your tryout before you even step on the court. Save this checklist for game day:

1- Sleep well: get full rest so you show up sharp.
2- Hydrate: start drinking water hours before you hit the gym
3- Eat smart: stick to light, familiar foods that give you energy
4- Pack ahead: double check your shoes, knee pads, and gear the night before
5- Arrive early: clear check-in so you aren't rushing
6- Warm up: break a light sweat and get quality touches early

Come prepared. Play confident. Register for tryouts now at www.squadvbc.com
