We’re proud to be part of a community with so many veterans, first responders, and supporters in the room. With nearly half our members coming from those backgrounds, this open mat is a great chance to train, connect, and show appreciation for those who’ve served.

Adding 2 standing specific classes every Tuesday and Wednesday at 7pm.
The goals of this class
1. Reduce injuries that happen from standing grappling
2. Bridge the gap between standing grappling and jiu jitsu
This is a very fundamental level class so any experience level is welcome.

We’re hosting a Jiu-Jitsu focused summer camp for kids ages 4–14 and spots are limited!
Dates: June 15–19
Who: Ages 4–14
What: A week of Jiu-Jitsu, games and fitness in a fun, structured environment

First Marathon Roll was awesome thankful for everyone who came and trained hard tonight. It’s the best feeling to see a room full of people who really are about getting better at martial arts. Not just getting a sweat in but having a game plan and focusing during the round to improve their specific skills. Let’s keep pushing 👊

Solid group the other night. The best days are when you leave gym knowing you improved your self.
We had a hard teens class today full or drilling and sparring. After the class I said I know you are tired but I am offering to run a workout right now. You can leave or stay and push it to the limit. Very proud of this group for staying and pushing themselves.
This is the foundation of our youth program and I couldn’t be more excited to see where it goes.
