Montara Estates Homeowners Association is a homeowners association founded in 1973. Montara Estates Homeowners Association is an HOA of 254 single family homes.
The community features a pool, tennis court, walking paths and a private community park. Separate RV/Boat space is available for an additional fee to homeowners on a first serve basis. The HOA has a nine member board of directors and is professionally managed by Prime Community Management.
The pool is now closed. The pool will re-open in the Spring.
Interested in being on the Board of Directors? Board members are volunteers and serve for three year terms. The terms are staggered and, if enough people are interested, an election is held with the votes counted at our Annual Meeting in October. Contact Prime Community Management for more information.
Bluetooth & Fobs for pool and tennis court will be available at the clubhouse on Friday May 20th 4p-5p. Cost of the fob is $25 (check or money order only- no cash or cards.) Limit 1 fob per household. Please bring photo ID.
Pool fobs will be available at the clubhouse this Friday May 6th from 4p-5pm. No cash or credit cards accepted. Call Prime for more details or if you would like to pick up a fob at a different time.
