🧠 I am conducting research to better understand the association between the level of physical activity and psychological characteristics of Brazilian-jiu-jitsu practitioners.
🎯The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between physical fitness and psychological variables (mental strength, resilience, grit, growth mindset, self-efficacy, courage, self-control, aggression, self-esteem, life satisfaction, anxiety, depression, and stress), in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.
🫵To participate, you must be a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner (males and females) between 18 and 60 years of age and currently engaged in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
⏰Participants will be asked to complete an online survey. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete the procedure listed.
🤦‍♂️Participation will be completely anonymous, and no personal, identifying information will be collected.
📋If you would like to participate and meet the study criteria, please click the link provided at the end of this post. An information sheet is provided as the first page of the survey. The information sheet contains additional information about my research. After you have read the form, please click the checkbox to proceed to the survey.
