Help Us Raise the Standard at the 6th American Open Championship

A great tournament isn’t defined only by the competitors—it is built on the dedication, professionalism, and integrity of its officials.

As part of our commitment to delivering one of the highest-quality full-contact karate events in North America, we are now accepting registrations for referees for the 6th American Full Contact Open Championship.

To ensure consistency and excellence on every tatami, we will also host an Official Referee Seminar on Friday, August 28 at 6:00 PM, where we’ll review tournament procedures, officiating standards, rule updates, and expectations before competition begins.

Our goal is simple:

-Fair competition
-Consistent officiating
-A first-class experience for every athlete, coach, and spectator.

The 2nd International Kata Camp is a great opportunity for karateka to deepen their understanding of Shinkyokushin kata, refine their technical skills, and train alongside dedicated practitioners committed to preserving and advancing our art.

Seminars like this strengthen our organization by bringing together students and instructors in the spirit of learning, mutual respect, and continuous improvement. Whether you are looking to sharpen your kata, enhance your teaching methodology, or simply challenge yourself, this camp promises to be an exceptional experience.

This past Sunday, the Fighters Cup was held in San Francisco as part of the annual events and competitions that the Las Vegas Dojo proudly participates every year.

This year was no exception, as the dojo was represented by a team of 18 competitors of all ages, who demonstrated great spirit, discipline, and determination throughout the event.

The team returned to Las Vegas with an impressive total of 9 trophies, including:

🥈 5 Second Place Awards
🥉 1 Third Place Award

These accomplishments reflect the commitment, dedication, and hard work consistently demonstrated by our competitors and instructors both inside and outside the dojo.

Congratulations to all the participants, parents, and instructors for proudly representing the Las Vegas Dojo and continuing to elevate the name of the Vegas Warriors.
