You know, it feels incredibly good to still hold impact on a state I once lived in. But if you look at the big picture, it all comes down to the community we cultivated there.

Angie isnโ€™t just coached by me. She has some amazing training partners and mentors in her corner, like , who work directly with me. Coaching isnโ€™t just a one way street, and when you put positive people together, they donโ€™t just add to the process. They multiply.

We put the work in, we banked the right habits, and we executed when it counted. Shows are won in the trenches, and Angie did exactly that.

Four years ago, on October 10, 2022, and I started working together.
When we talk about bodybuilding, most people just see the stage. They see the tan, the posing, the conditioning. But bodybuilding is an illusion. The real work, the actual transformation, happens in the trenches. And over these last four years, I have watched Hannah experience a glow up that goes way beyond the stage.
Hannahs glow up started moving from a 5th wheel to a brand new build. She navigated quitting a job to step into her absolute dream job. We have battled SIBO, done the diet CSI to figure out what was going on, and fixed it. And through all of that life happening, I do not think she has ever missed a single check in.
This is what I mean when I say bodybuilding builds people. The discipline it takes to prep, to track macros, to manage your recovery, it bleeds into real life. It pushes people to do hard things. When you learn how to budget your calories and manage your energy crisis in prep, you learn how to manage stress and pivot dynamically when life throws you a curveball.
As a coach, clients will not hire you based on how much you know, but how much you care. And getting to read these check ins every week, getting to be a part of not just the physical changes but the life changes, is the best part of this job. You get to see people evolve. You get to see them put the training wheels on the bike, learn the process, and then take off.
Hannah, your consistency beats perfection every single time. You have built a rich metabolism, a resilient mindset, and a life you should be incredibly proud of.

This is what happens when you stop being afraid of food.
For a long time was stuck in that low calorie offseason trap. You know the one. Scared to eat, scared to gain, convinced that staying lean meant staying small. And so the body never really got the chance to grow. You can not build on a budget that tight. And what most people do not realize is that chronically undereating does not just stall progress. It tanks your body temperature. It suppresses your thyroid. It puts your metabolism in a place where it is working against you instead of for you.
So that is where we started. We focused on getting her body temperature up, getting her thyroid functioning the way it is supposed to, and actually fueling her system so it had something to work with. We can not just think in terms of calories. We have to think about all the metabolic processes behind that. When the body is warm, when the thyroid is optimal, when the metabolism is actually running, that is when real body composition change happens.
This time we did it differently. We gave her flexibility. We kept her metabolism working. She stayed pretty lean through the whole process and still made real progress. That is not a coincidence. That is what happens when you stop punishing your body and start working with it.
Here is the thing about AI meal plans and generic programs. They will give you numbers. They will not give you the conversation that changes how you think about food. They will not identify that your body temperature is low and your thyroid needs support before we even talk about building. They will not sit with you through the mental side of learning to eat more when everything in your head is telling you not to. That part takes a real coach and a real relationship.
The results you see here are nine months of trust, flexibility, and doing the work the right way.
In an AI world, this is what you can not replace.
