Not just a yoga studio. While we opened 13 years ago under the name Sumit's yoga and were exclusively a hot yoga studio, over the years we have grown. Pilates reformers with Towers were added 11 years ago, Boot Camp classes, Mat Pilates, and monthly Reiki workshops.
Classes start as early as 6 AM and end as late as 8:30pm to accommodate everyone's lifestyles.
