There is nothing more special, exciting and memorable than your first race!

Hat’s off to our TFES Rookies, Leann & Paolo, who both went from ‘couch to lake’ in 9 swim sessions! 👍
We blew bubbles, learned about starfish, streamlining and alligator eyes!
We went from the first 25 yards to stopping ‘when Coach said so’ and at the same time cycled, ran, learned about nutrition and changing flats!
The goal became a ✅ today, as both completed their desired distances with great smiles on their faces!
I couldn’t be more proud and can’t wait to hear about their next goals 🧡🖤

We are proudly presenting our IM Boulder, 70.3 finishers, Justin Truelove and Matt Freiberg! 🏁🏅
Both had a fantastic race despite the 3,000ft gain in elevation compared to their Las Vegas stomping ground, despite the high humidity and even two major mechanicals didn’t deter them from having their best race!!
Matt is no longer a rookie 🤣 (this was his first 70.3) and Justin slammed it out of the park by almost breaking 6 hours!
