We teach yoga retreats, teacher trainings, and online classes to help you live from your heart.

The way you practice follows you out of the room.
How you breathe under pressure. How you organize your body. Where you create unnecessary tension. Whether you can stay aware enough to feel, adjust, and respond.
This is the kind of practice we want to explore with you in person at our London Breathe & Flow Immersion.
We’ll spend the weekend working with breath, anatomy, sequencing, myofascial release, movement, awareness, and the Breathe & Flow Method.
You don’t need to be a yoga teacher.
If you’ve practiced with us online and have wanted the opportunity to learn, move, ask questions, and connect with us in person, come join us.
Teachers are welcome too, and you can receive continuing education hours from the weekend.
Most of all, we’re looking forward to getting off the screens and into the same room to practice together.

There are some spaces you remember because of how they make you feel 🥰
The Om Dome at Suryalila is one of them ✨

It shifts with the day. Soft and quiet in the morning, bright and expansive in the afternoon, golden in the evening, and a little moody when the light starts to fade 🌅
It can look completely different from one hour to the next, but somehow it always feels warm, open, and welcoming.
During YTT, this space holds so much. Practice. Learning. Rest. Laughter. Reflection. Connection. A few breakthroughs. A few wobbles. Plenty of remembering 🌀

When you enter this room, something in you seems to soften a little. You arrive, you practice, you learn, you connect, and slowly the pieces start to come together in a way that feels deeply personal.
A huge thank you to Suryalila for creating such a special place to practice, learn, grow, connect, integrate, and remember 💭

We are so grateful for the time we’ve had here, for the memories we’ve made, and for all the little moments we’ve been lucky enough to leave behind.
It feels very special to have been part of this space’s story 🙏

Some people don’t need another class.
They need a path.
A stable reference point when motivation changes, life gets busy, or the endless amount of information starts creating more confusion than clarity.
The Wolfpack Path is built for people who see practice as a way of life.
Structure without pressure.
Consistency without force.
Depth without burnout.
A practice you can stay connected to through different seasons of your life.
Because the goal was never to finish practice.
The practice helps you become clearer in how you move, breathe, respond, choose, and live.
And over time, it can bring you closer to something deeper: remembering who you are and what you’re here to do.

Integration is what happens when breath, body, mind, movement, and action begin working together.

That idea sits at the heart of the Breathe and Flow Method, and it is exactly what we’ll be exploring together in London on October 3rd and 4th. Across two days, we’ll bring together practice, holistic anatomy, fascia, myofascial release, sequencing, awareness, and the principles that shape how we move and teach.

The intention is to help you understand your body more deeply, make your practice more your own, and create something sustainable that supports the way you actually want to live.
A practice that evolves with you, meets you where you are, and creates more space for the inward journey of remembering who you are 🫵

Your body is always adapting to the life you are living.

The way you sit, move, train, breathe, work, rest, and respond to stress all shape how your body organizes itself.

And the body does this as a whole.

Breath, movement, tension, strength, gravity, and recovery continuously influence one another. Understanding those relationships can change the way you approach your practice.

On October 3–4, 2026, we’re bringing a two-day Integrated Practice immersion to London.

We’ll begin with extended guided practice and then explore the ideas underneath it through whole-body anatomy, movement study, myofascial release, breath, pressure, and practical discussion.

The aim is to experience the body first, understand the connections, and bring that understanding back into your practice.

Feel it. Understand it. Integrate it.

“Individualize your practice” often gets reduced to taking the easier variation or putting your knees down when you need to.

There’s a much deeper layer 🌀

Your body already has preferred strategies 🙌

Maybe your pelvis tends toward an anterior tilt. Maybe posterior. Maybe there’s a torsion where one side organizes differently than the other.

These patterns aren’t inherently good or bad. They’re adaptations shaped over time by movement, training, posture, injury, habits, stress, and the environment you live in.

And they influence how the rest of your body organizes around them.

🤍 When you can recognize your own tendencies, your practice becomes much more specific.
You can choose movements, positions, breath, tension, and load with a clearer understanding of what YOUR system actually needs.

That’s true individualization 🙏

At our London Immersion on October 3rd - 4th, we’ll explore this hands-on. You’ll learn to recognize your own pelvic organization and leave with practical ways to adapt your practice to create more balance, support, and connection through the whole body 💫

We’ve spent the summer teaching in Spain, practicing together, learning together and being reminded of how powerful it is to step away from everyday life and give your full attention to your practice.
Now, we’re bringing that experience to London 🇬🇧
On October 3 and 4, join us for a two-day Breathe and Flow Method immersion.
Together, we’ll explore the body as one connected system and begin to understand how our movement, breath, habits and experiences shape the way we practice.
Across the weekend, we’ll dive into:
• long guided practices together
• holistic anatomy and fascia
• myofascial release
• our approach to sequencing
• individualizing your practice
• movement, awareness and integration
You do not need to be a yoga teacher.
You do not need to be super strong, flexible or advanced.
Come because you’re curious about your body. Come because you want to understand your practice more deeply. Come because two days of moving, learning and practicing together feels like exactly what you need right now.
If you are a teacher, you’ll also leave with ideas and practical tools to bring into your own practice and teaching.

From your screen to the same room 🇬🇧🤍

After years of practicing together through a screen, we’re bringing Breathe and Flow to London for two full days of practicing, learning, and exploring together in person.

This October, join us for Becoming Through Practice, a two-day immersion into movement, holistic anatomy, breath, philosophy, strength, mobility, myofascial release, and the Breathe and Flow Method 🌀

We’ll explore how your body adapts to everything you ask of it and how to build a practice that continues to evolve with you — on the mat and far beyond it.

✨ Less about collecting more techniques. More about understanding your body, moving with intention, and developing principles you can return to for years to come.

Whether you’ve practiced with us online for years or recently found your way here, we’d love to finally share the same room with you 🙏
