🚨 Guns N’ Hoses Faceoff 2026 🚒👮‍♂️

Another absolute war on the ice between Police and Fire this year!

Police came out hot, jumping to an early 2–0 lead and looking like we were about to send Fire back to the station early. But Fire managed to crawl back in, taking advantage of two power plays to tie the game.

They eventually grabbed a 3–2 lead, but the Police team kept pushing and battling until the very end.

With two minutes left, Police pulled the goalie in a last-ditch effort to tie it up. Unfortunately, Fire managed to get their hoses out and cool things down with a late goal, eventually sealing it 5–3.

Sometimes the puck just doesn’t bounce your way… but the battle, the rivalry, and the atmosphere made it another unforgettable Guns N’ Hoses game.

A huge thank you to all the fans who came out and packed the arena. Your energy makes this event what it is every year. And a big thank you to the Henderson Silver Knights for their continued support of this incredible event.

We may have taken the loss this year…

…but don’t worry Fire — we’ll be back next year to finish the job. 👮‍♂️🔥

Tomorrow, the name on the back of the Las Vegas Police Hockey Team jerseys will mean everything.

Each player will take the ice representing a fallen officer from law enforcement agencies across the Las Vegas Valley. Tomorrow, our team won’t just play for themselves, their families, or their teammates — they will play for those we have lost… the heroes whose names they proudly carry on their backs.

This game is more than hockey. It is remembrance. It is honor. It is brotherhood.

Boys, go out and play with pride.
Play with heart.
Play with compassion.

But most importantly, play with the fire that burns deep inside you — the fire of dedication, respect, and relentless competitiveness.

Tonight we remember.

🏒 Game time is 12:00 PM tomorrow.

We know that’s dangerously close to nap time, so don’t worry — police will have the building secured and safe by 10:30 AM. You can continue holding short at the station until the recliners release you for duty.

Please remember:
✅ Finish breakfast
✅ Pack snacks for the bench
✅ Set alarms so nobody sleeps through puck drop

Police have been training for hockey.
Fire has been training for chili cook-offs and remote control endurance.

By the time Fire finishes stretching, Police will already be up by three goals and writing citations for excessive napping.
