What’s up my friends,

Starting June 1st I am going to be accepting new clients and resuming training with existing clients. If you live in the Manhattan/NYC area, there are obviously no gyms open, so I will be training outside in multiple locations including Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Westside, Eastside and parts of Brooklyn. In regards to ensuring health and safety, it is my top priority. I do not take this situation lightly nor will I EVER take the safety and well being of my clients lightly Covid or no Covid. With that being said, I will be taking concerted precautions to maintain safety for both myself and more importantly, those that I am training.

If you’re unaware of what type of training I offer here’s a list: Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility Work, High Intensity Interval Training, Recovery and much more.

For all new and existing clients I am now offering live online training as well. All levels welcome. Any questions feel free to contact me via DM, Text or Email. Looking forward to getting back to the grind with all of you!
