Have arthritis in both knees and hips (a Chronic Medical Problem). Now after falling three times and unable to stand up, find I also crushed my L3 vertebrae (an Acute Medical Problem). Have had Medical Home Care with a team of a Nurse, Physical Therapist, and Occupational Physical Therapist for 4 week duration. Surgeon reviewing weekly X-rays of the injured vertebrae, only wants walking exercise as physical therapy so not to further aggravate crushed vertebrae. Healing to be up to 8 months.
Therefore, current and any future group sails of the Las Vegas Bay Macgregor Association on Lake Mead National Recreation area, are indefinitely proposed.

Two week long sailing get together of friends and newbies on trailerable sailboats from local and adjoining states. NO ASSOCIATION FEES or meetings.
A friendly get together of trailerable sailboats for week long group sailing of the 5 basins of Lake Mead National Recreation Area. NO TIMED EVENTS such as timed races, regattas, or sailing rally are conducted. Neither is LVBMA conducting any group dinners at overnight anchoring coves. Have regular attendees who provide aid and safety to newbie skippers and Admirals.

Going to the Lake Mead Sailing Club Christmas Party December 12, 2015 at the Boathouse Restaurant, Lake Mead Marina, Boulder City NV. Bringing my exchange gift for the annual blind exchange (and see who selects unknowingly the infamous Mounted Pike Fish Head. I got it last year and glad to pass it on, LOL)

Going to try and make the family like get together of the Sailing Lite group down in Lake Havasu on February 6-14, 2016. However, rooms seem to be tight for the period. Too cold to stay on the boat overnight, so still looking for a motel.
