Just finished our first “wellness walk” on Las Vegas Strip! One of the wonderful residents “Reuben” joined us. It was so much vigorously walking down the strip for 2 miles stopping at various locations doing different strengthening, balancing, stretching and mobility exercises! 💪✨💖

Pilates is still one of my passions after all these years helping clients of all ages from children to 90s and beyond! I started out as a personal trainer over 23 years ago on the island of Kauai, Hi. Shortly after that I became a Pilates instructor teaching the first ever Pilates Mat class on Kauai! I’m so grateful to see so many clients over the years get some many positive results! Once I started Pilates many, many years ago and felt the results quicker than any other exercise system!
Now I’m offering ongoing Pilates group classes for for residents. We offer Pilates, Yoga, personal training group and private sessions to Residents and Hotel Guests. Also available are nutrition and lifestyle coaching, RAD self-myofacial release, Mobility and Stretching sessions. Thank you and to all my clients over the years. So Grateful to do what I love, my passion and to help others all around the world in so many healthy, beneficial and positive ways 🙏🏼💖

That year being the main full time instructor teaching yoga, Pilates and Kinesis Wall classes we won international awards in Spafinder Magazine for “best for yoga” and “best for fitness” in 43 countries with 10k votes. Love teaching students from all around the world! Appreciate and miss you all!

Excited to be officially back at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Hotel and Residences working independently. Recently we did an event on the 23rd floor at SKy Bar. It was wonderful collaborating and working together with a very talented Spa team led my Spa Director and Spa Manager Michelle Zolner. We had so much helping event planners from all around the world! There was chair massage, foot massage and chair yoga along with DJ! I had an area to help people with there posture, relieve tension utilizing yoga poses and self-myofacial release with RAD tools…with over 23 years experience with Pilates, yoga, gyrokenisis, gyrotonic and personal training..I have a lot of tools to pull out to help others.. That is whet I love to do! so grateful for us all together! 🙏🏼❤️

Officially back at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Hotel! It was soooo much fun to be back with my colleagues working together on an event up at 23rd floor at the sky bar at Waldorf Astoria where we offered chair massage, foot massage and chair yoga!! It was so much fun working with event planners from all around the world to help with posture, relieve tension, self-myofacial release utilizing yoga on the chair and/or on the mat..with 23 years experience teaching Pilates, yoga, personal training and gyrokenises. I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing team of therapists along with the Waldorf Astoria Spa Director and Spa Manager Michele Zolner so much fun!!! Thank you❤️
