The moment a horse starts pushing into your body, nosing for treats, or pinning an ear at the handler, we stop and go back to basics. The issue usually isn’t “disrespect” — it’s unclear boundaries.

Our first step from the ground is simple: quietly ask the horse to yield a step or two, then soften the instant there’s a correct release. No force. No arguing. Just clear, calm language the horse can actually understand.
