Our market is going up monthly and it looks like it's not stopping. Rentals are just as hard to find as homes for sale. With the interest rates going up, this will reduce some buyers that won't be able to qualify. Time to buy is now!
Well we jumped up to $425,000 for our average home price in the month of December. We set a record this year for the most home sales in one year. It's still time to invest, with these low interest rates, you would be making the same mortgage payment as you would have been 10 years ago.
Well another year has gone by and our market is holding steady. Who would ever guess that our average home price would be $420,000. The future is looking good so far and I hope to have another good year in sales. Don't miss the boat, look to invest now!

The average home price in Las Vegas is $405,000 but holding. More condos and townhomes are selling because of affordability in price. Going into our winter months we are going to see a slow down, which is typical in our market because we are going into the holiday season.
Our market continues to be a incredible sellers market with very little inventory, so prices have not dropped.
Listing a two story townhouse for $275, 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath and 1 car garage in the southwest, it won't last.
Well, we are in a very aggressive sellers market with multiple offers and over ask. Our resale inventory is very low. Sellers this is your time to sell.
What a time to invest in rental property, rents have gone up 25% in the past 6 years.
