Rang in the New Year with Backstreet Boys and my soul sister . My childhood self is still in awe at how close we were.

We made new friends 👯‍♀️, exchanged butterfly clips 🦋 and snacks (iykyk), and sang and danced like it was 1993 💃.

May we all find a little of that childhood joy in 2026 amidst our regularly scheduled adult lives.

I’m grateful to share a new offering designed to bring you back to center through mindful movement and quiet reflection.

🧘‍♀️What to expect:
• 45 minutes of gentle intermediate vinyasa— a fluid, intentional flow to open the body, strengthen from within, and steady the breath.
• 15 minutes of guided meditation— softening into stillness, grounding the mind, and cultivating inner spaciousness.

This class invites you to move with presence, listen inward, and create calm that you can carry with you long after you leave the mat.

When I first stepped on the mat a few years ago after feeling continuously burnt out and disconnected from myself, I didn’t have a clue how deep it would take me. Now I’m one month into advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training and loving every minute of it.

Life is full of beautiful surprises.

At the end of the day, yoga has taught me one simple truth: Be You.
