Hello Everyone! I just want to take a minute to tell you about something that I think is pretty awesome.
I met my friend Leah through Little Oasis Swim School when I had the opportunity to teach her sweet family. We clicked right away, and as we got to know each other, I learned that she's a certified yoga instructor.
One evening we decided to try something fun and host a yoga session outdoors at sunset.
When the time came I was sort of not feeling it. I had been carrying around the stress of a really long day, but somehow, over the course of an hour, Leah helped me feel calmer, stronger, and more grounded. The weather was beautiful, the sunset was incredible, and I slept better that night than I had in a long time.
I’m really excited that we are able to share this experience with other people. We have room for 10-15 people so if you’re interested please book your spot.

We’re hosting another small sunset yoga class in my backyard this Wednesday from 7–8 PM.

Last week’s class was peaceful, beginner-friendly, and just a really nice way to end the day.

No pressure, no yoga experience required, no fancy yoga clothes needed. Just bring a mat and a water bottle.

My daughter Kate and I teach one-on-one swim lessons in a heated saltwater pool in Summerlin. Each swimmer receives an individualized lesson plan designed to build water safety, confidence, and skills at their own pace.
I’m also an RN, and we have experience working with neurodivergent swimmers and children with a variety of learning or physical differences.
