Saying I'm proud of this kid would be an understatement, went out and raced his 125 against the 4strokes and finished with a hard fought 4th place. I'm not sure the age of everyone else, but i think he was possibly the youngest at 13yo thank you, God for keeping us safe tooday🙏😊☺️🙌I am blessed to be his dad and spend these days racing with him..

About 30 years between the 2 pics, it all started with my older brother's friend. He had a big bike and his little brother had a yz60. That was the bike I rode for the first time ever in 1982 or so, I was about 10. Then in my last year of jr high I made friends with a guy that raced motocross and lived at the local track in our town. Summer of 1987, I raced my first race on a borrowed bike, a 83 or 84 kx80. Then blessed with the opportunity to race again that summer on a 1985 kx125. My friends moved out of state. I graduated high school, joined national guard, then bought my first dirt bike in 1991, 1988 cr250. It quickly dislocated my right shoulder. After recovering from that I got back into it with a 1987 rm125 that I got my first trophy on in 93. Then later got a 91 rm250. Bought my first new bike in 99. 2000 cr250. Next new one in 03, 2004 yz450. Doing pretty good. I left Oklahoma to Vegas, went from car shop to bike shop, picked up a pair of Yamaha two strokes, 2005 yz125 & yz250. moved from vegas to cali, having (toomuch) fun, got married, had a kid, 2008 was great! then BAMM!! CANCER! . 2009 fu***ng sucked. The following years slowly got better. Last couple years I've been on the 125, then just recently bought a new 2021 yz450f this last year. I've met countless amazing people along the way, many I'm still in touch with. Its been one hell of a ride and I feel as good as ever when I'm on the bike, off the bike. Thats a different story😂🤣❤y'all 👍
💪Thanks for following🏁🏍💨
