“Unfortunately I’m gonna have to divorce my wife Michelle” is what I said to myself when quarantine started last year cause her and I got locked in the house together and I had to actually connect with her and I had very difficult time. After finally listening to my mother and father I stopped one day and started listening and wow my wife Michelle is a really cool chick! Quarantine has taught me to stop and listen more, not only to my wife but to all of the people who are in front of me trying to connect and wanting to be heard. Thank you Michelle for being so patient with me and teaching me how to be a better man, I love you baby❤️

I am so proud of this young ninja . He has trained with me since he was 4yrs old and he has been such a great student. Recently he has a major challenge in life as he was training for competitive martial arts events 6 days a week 3-4 hrs daily, he found himself not feeling as well as he had expected and wasn’t as happy as he thought he could be. He talked with his parents and and his team of coaches to discuss this feeling and as a family they decided to put him into basketball and swimming and to put the martial arts competitions on hold and try some other spots out. This has been working very well with him and today at the gym he and his family seems to be glowing and feeling so good. Special thank you to Lucas,Jesse and momma Francis, I admire your family relationship and I learn from you so much how true love can work. To all kids out there make sure to try different sports and learn to work with other human beings, this is very challenging but is very large key to life! Team work makes the dream work baby🙏❤️
