Waking up at 2am like you just ran a marathon… but you were literally SLEEP 😩🔥

Night sweats had me thinking something was wrong with me… whole time it was hormones shifting and nobody really talks about it like that.

7 years of perimenopause in 30 seconds…

Nobody warned me about the 2–4am wake-up call.
