Some nights I just sat there.

Craving hits. Body wants to move.
But I didn’t get up.

I told myself:
“You are not getting up to eat anything.”

And I had already removed junk food from my house.

No options. No easy escape.

It was uncomfortable.

But that discomfort built discipline.

Because every craving passes if you don’t act on it.

And every time you win, you get stronger.

By the end of the day, I’m mentally drained.

The last thing I want is to calculate food at 8pm.

So I stopped doing that.

Now my food is already prepped.

Sometimes I just have tea and unwind.

No overthinking. No pressure.

I used to be a stress eater.

A lot of what we eat has nothing to do with hunger.

Most of the time, it’s not real hunger.

I used to snack without thinking.

So I focus on finding that middle point

Do I overindulge sometimes? Sure, it happens

But cravings? Not really anymore

And honestly, I think a lot of that is mental
