"What are you looking to accomplish with 6 Weeks of the Work?"
That question was posed to me at the start of my journey. I quickly responded "well, it's not so much about that AFTER picture anymore. It's about leveling up on my performance. I want to be fitter, stronger, faster and better every day!"
These before/after pics don't accurately depict the true transformation nor the 11 years of work that I've put in to get here!
"Can I be honest?" I love saying that. I hadn't been challenged like this since P90X2 in 2012. Yes it's that tough. Some days The Work brought me to my knees. Some days I was cursing the f**k out of Amoila and other days praising his genius. The byproduct was that I'm stronger than ever at 44, I believe in me and love myself more! Not to mention, I impressed myself a bunch of times with all the crazy pushups!
I'm in love with the mental transformation. The increases in self appreciation. The mental focus on creating daily wins. The shift from negative to positive! Gratitude and being connected and present! Faith! Belief in my capabilities growing every day! Appreciation for THE WORK and living in the discomfort. Sustainability!
This is more than fitness. I know it sounds corny but I'm being 100% real. This program is helping to continue my personal evolution past the physical. It's a beautiful thing ya'll.✌
I want this for YOU! Yes YOU!

I'm currently writing a prep schedule for my group to follow soooo I'm looking for 10 mem or women that want to go ALL IN with me. And maybe get your arse handed to you on the daily!
There are 36 unique workouts shot in real time and approx. 45 minutes, 6 days/ week for a focus on functional fitness and mobility.
We’ll start on 9/16 with the LEVEL UP hybrid schedule and at the same time work on perfecting your timed nutrition, meal frequency, portions, supplements (required for extreme results), mindset and goal setting.

"How do you stay motivated?" That was the question presented to me at lunch today by a special lady looking to start her own side hustle.
"Well, you must connect your fitness and business to a deeper purpose. Connect to a pain point in your life which needs resolution. You must have a WHY. That WHY will keep you showing up day after day and makes success non-negotiable. Here's what I mean." I then showed her this picture and immediately I got emotional.
This picture was taken one early morning in late 2012. Chase was 5. Jake was just 4. Those black lines on the edge of the picture are the bars of the school fence. As I did each morning at 7:15am, I would snap a quick picture of my boys as they walked into before care at their K-8. I would watch them walk into the cafeteria alone each day. As I drove off, tears would stream down my face every day. I hated the fact that I had to leave them at school so early in the morning. I hated the fact that they had breakfast without me. I hated that I couldn't contact them to find out of they even ate. And it bothered me that they were in aftercare until 4:30 when my mom would pick them up. That pain in my heart drove me every day to wake up and work my side business. I was determined to replace my income. I was determined to fire my boss and live life on my terms.
The pain I felt each day as I dropped them off at school helped to propel me forward. It was always on my mind and I knew that I wouldn't stop working until I hit my goal. I found the courage, strength and energy by tapping into something greater than myself.
I always saw this business as an opportunity to improve my family's life. I always saw this business as a way out of Corporate America. I always believed 100% that I would succeed. I never looked at this business as an obligation, an expense nor something that was taking time away from my family. I have never felt guilty for working hard and wanting more because after all, I did it for them - my boys and Larry.
My why - My purpose - My family!
