9 years! Of course, when you start a business you want it to be successful. When we started The Lift Factory we had no idea just how impactful it would be. Lifelong bonds have been formed here. Best friendships have been built. Relationships have blossomed from the soil that is a hardcore gym. Babies have been born! All from connections that have happened here, at The Lift Factory. It’s a beautiful thing to be apart of. We are grateful for each and every person that has helped and supported us along the way, and there are many. No matter what the future holds, The Lift Factory will live on forever.

My best friend and hero, , is running for secretary of Las Vegas Fire Rescue’s union Local 1285. If you work for us or know anybody who does, make sure they know who to vote for when the time comes.

Never forget the men and women who gave their lives saving people they didn’t know on September 11th, 2001. Also, never forget how united we were as a country in the wake of the disaster. You could feel it in the air. The unity was palpable. Bring those days back.

Week 4 with 🔥💪🏽

Today felt different—in the best way. My body felt stronger, my mind stayed locked in, and even when it got tough, I held it together and pushed through every set. Grateful for how far I’ve come these past four weeks training with Charles. I’ve been learning so much from him and applying it to not just my workouts—but my mindset too.

Before today’s session, I took a moment to pray—asking for strength, clarity, and a powerful lift. I left the gym feeling proud and more confident as I step into this next phase: prep for my first Vegas show this November.

This won’t be my first one—I competed in Texas back in 2023 and did two shows in California in 2021. But this one hits different. I’ve grown a lot since then—as a person, as a trainer, and now, with Charles guiding me as my coach, I’m ready to level up in every way.

I’m chasing the best version of me. I want to see what kind of package I can bring to that stage in November. Not just to win, but to represent everything I’ve worked for.
