Taking biotin and still losing hair? The missing piece may be the cause. 🔍
Biotin deficiency can cause hair loss, and correcting it may help. But true deficiency is rare, and evidence that extra biotin improves hair growth without a deficiency is limited.
Hair loss can be linked to:
• Hereditary pattern thinning
• Shedding after illness, stress, or childbirth
• Thyroid problems or nutrient deficiencies
• Tight hairstyles and scalp conditions
A supplement can’t address every cause. Understanding your hair loss helps you choose care that actually fits.
🧪 Taking biotin? Tell your clinician before blood work. High doses can interfere with certain lab tests, including some thyroid tests.
Save this before buying another hair supplement, and share it with someone who needs it.
