What Actually Happens In A Freediving Class? 🌊

Freediving is about a lot more than just holding your breath.

We start in the classroom learning the fundamentals, move into the pool to develop proper technique and safety skills, and then take everything into the open water.

One of the most important parts of the course is learning how to recognize, prevent, and respond to a blackout. Every student practices blackout recovery and rescue techniques so they know exactly what to do if something goes wrong.
